PHB Ethical Beauty 100% Pure Liquid Eyeliner in Black - Review*

May the wings of your eyeliner always be even.

PHB Ethical Beauty is a family business who make handmade products in the UK with 20% of their profit going to charity. Their products are free from animal ingredients, Parabens, SLS, DEA, TEA, alcohol (Ethyl Alcohol, Ethanol), Phenoxyethanol, artificial perfumes/fragrance, Petrochemicals, Methylisothiazolinone, Phthalates, colourants, silicone, mineral oils and Propylene Glycol. And all of their products are organic, vegan & Halal.

Accentuate and define eyes with our gentle, long-lasting liquid eyeliner. With a brush applicator for easy application. PH balanced for very sensitive eyes. Made with botanical oils & minerals that are gentle to the skin. The easy-to-use brush is thin and allows for a fast, easy and accurate application. With a long-lasting plant-based formula that is water resistant yet always gentle to eyes. Great for super sensitive eyes that water easily.

I went through a phase in my life where I never left the house without having applied my winged eyeliner. Fast forward a few years and that's no longer the case. Since becoming vegan I've tried a couple of liquid eyeliners but I've never ended up finding the 'perfect one', or actually reviewing one on here! I've had quite a few months without properly practising my eyeliner, so I thought it was time to give another one a go.

A long handle to hold and a thin application brush is a must-have when it comes to eyeliners, I know that much. And I'm happy to say that this one is perfect when it comes to those two factors. I found the liner easy to apply and managed to create a line that was the closest thing to straight as I could do! After I had applied the product to my eyelids, the inner corner of my eye felt like your face does when you've applied a face mask and it's just starting to dry and crack. The eyeliner did tend to wear off and become smudged towards the end of the day, but when needed to it was very easy to remove. Other than that I enjoyed playing around with something that's a lot safer to use than the common eyeliner brands that are around.

Conscious Skincare Neutralize Face Wash - Review*

Conscious Skincare is a multiple award-winning British organic skin and body care brand, with a range of products lovingly crafted in rural West Wales. At the heart of our natural and organic skincare are high-performance ingredients, with a focus on quality over quantity. Every ingredient works hard to serve a specific purpose to benefit your skin and nothing extra is added for the sake of filling, colour, fragrance or bleaching.

This Neutralize Face Wash has been carefully designed to re-balance and control oily and problem skin. Organic, fair trade Lemongrass works as an astringent whilst Organic Lavender cleanses and tones. If your skin gets too dry then it will produce more sebum, which can lead to clogged pores and more inflammation in the form of spots or acne. The Neutralize Face Wash can help prevent these problems occurring.

I love coming across new brands and I'm really happy that I've found Conscious Skincare. With the Neutralize Face Wash being my first product to try out from their range it's left me with the need of wanting to explore their other products. If you've been reading my blog for awhile you'll know that I suffer from the usual oily t-zone, blackheads and occasional acne. This face wash claims to re-balance and control oily/problem skin and with a description like that, it sounds like the perfect product for my skin! Since receiving the Neutralize Face Wash I've been using it twice a day and I've really enjoyed adding it to my skincare routine. To put it to work all you need to do is wet your face, simply pump the bottle once and massage the gel into your skin for a couple of minutes, then rinse and pat your face dry, following a day or night moisturiser. I'm happy to say that I've found my skin to be less oily than usual and my skin doesn't feel as if it's been stripped once I've washed it. I'm really looking forward to trying many more products from this range!

Kimberly Sayer Deep Cleansing French Clay Mask, Ultra Light Organic Facial Moisturiser & Botanical Astringent - Review*

Kimberly Sayer is fast becoming one of the most sought-after natural and organic brands in the UK. Her award-winning range of holistic face and body treatments contain only the finest, steam-distilled, certified organic ingredients and powerful anti-aging botanicals, representing a true fusion of beauty and science.

Recommended for balancing the skin's PH levels, treating acne or blemishes and calming overactive sebaceous glands. The Kimberly Sayer Botanical Astringent contains Tree Oil which works as a natural antiseptic to deep clean the skin and to help dry up acne or blemishes without irritating the skin. It also contains chamomile which gently calms overactive sebaceous glands and Geranium which minimises oil production.

I usually suffer from quite an oily t-zone but since using this product after cleansing my face twice a day, I'm happy to say that I've noticed a difference in my skin. This Botanical Astringent is basically a toner and I've found it very easy to add into my daily skincare routine. After wiping my face with a cotton pad with it sprayed onto, it can leave my skin feeling a little sticky, but once soaked in it's fine. Hopefully, you'll start to see your skin brightening up like I have after adding this product to your skincare routine!

A lightweight, protective day cream with mineral sunscreen that's easily absorbed and won't clog pores or cause breakouts. The Kimberly Sayer Ultra Light Organic Facial Moisturiser contains lemon to detoxify the skin and minimize the production of oil while drying up acne and zits.

I had high hopes for this moisturiser and maybe I need to carry on giving it a go a little longer, but not long after I had applied the cream I noticed that my face was overly oily than usual! It's a shame because I really like the consistency of this product, it's also very easy to rub in and it doesn't leave my skin feeling heavy once it's been applied. I also like that it's SPF 30, so maybe I'll have better luck with using it in the Summer instead of my usual facial suncream.

A purifying, deep cleansing treatment mask which contains mineral-rich French Green Clay and botanical extracts that clear blemishes, tighten pores, remove blackheads and slough away dead skin cells to leave skin noticeably brighter. The Kimberly Sayer Deep Cleansing Mask does not over strip skin's natural oils and moisture, so the skin won't feel tight and dry after use.

I've tried countless face masks over the years, but this Deep Cleansing French Clay Mask from Kimberly Sayer is my current favourite. I really like a face mask that you can quickly apply, leave on and just carry on with any other tasks until it's time is up. This face mask is perfect for that and that's why I love it. Now usually after a mask, my face is left looking much redder than I'd prefer and my skin is left feeling overly dry, but this isn't the case with this one. Another great thing is that this mask also doubles up as a spot treatment for blemishes when left on overnight, which is so handy if you're needing a spot gone before the morning! I left the mask on for fifteen minutes and in that time it had dried nicely without cracking or flaking off. When the time had passed it was easy to wash off and my skin was left looking smooth and it hadn't been left feeling dry!
