Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics Clear Lash & Brow Aloe Vera Gel Mascara - Review*

Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics is an Australian natural makeup brand with Mexican heritage that prides itself on producing the highest quality, toxin-free, healthy and easy-to-use makeup. Founded in 2004 by Ere Perez, a Mexican-born natural therapist who has lived in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs for many years, Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics is an independent brand of toxin-free makeup, made from high-quality GMO-free and certified Cruelty Free ingredients.

A multi-purpose clear natural mascara made with Aloe Vera. Lengthens and highlights your true lash colour. Suitable for fake lashes/lash extensions, contact lenses and sensitive eyes. Totally vegan and tear-proof. Use as a brow groomer for extra shape and definition.

I love the idea of this clear Lash and Brow Mascara from Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics, but sadly I was disappointed with the actual product. Now the brush itself is wonderful (good size and easy to use), but no matter how many layers I applied to my lashes they just looked flat and had no volume to them at all. I also tried to tame my natural eyebrows with it, but afterwards, I could feel the product on my brows and later it dried and became flaky. The concept and idea of the product are great, sadly this specific clear mascara isn't personally for me, but hopefully, other people have got on with it!

Zoya Pixie Dust Nail Polishes in Dahlia & London - Review*

Sprinkle a little fairy dust around.

Zoya brings design-led inspiration to the world of safe, natural nail polish. Formulated without any of the top five synthetic nasties, there are over 500 irresistible colours to choose from, ranging from classic to ultra-cool, plus seasonal collections to look forward to. Zoya colours come in a range of brilliant finishes from lustrous crème through matte to glitter, from Satin to Pixie Dust. Complete the look with Zoya's super effective base coats, top coats and revolutionary removers. All are safe and easy to use and altogether pretty perfect.

I had high hopes for these Zoya nail polishes from their Pixie Dust range, but unfortunately, I found both products a nightmare to remove, even with a lot of nail remover. It's such a shame because both colours look amazing on (they're so sparkly), and they're quite easy to apply. The polishes also take up to ten minutes to dry, so don't apply these in a rush! I do love the fact that both polishes are free of toxic Toluene, Formaldehyde and Dibutyl phthalate, as are all of Zoya's nail polishes.

Eco by Sonya Pink Himalayan Salt Scrub - Review*

Eco by Sonya is a Certified Organic Australian tanning and body care brand who are now multi-award winning. The products in the range are Organic and 100% Natural. They are also certified toxin free by Safe Cosmetics Australia & certified Cruelty Free by Choose Cruelty free. If you have sensitive skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, Eco's products are perfect for you due to their natural healing properties.

An amazing revolutionary dry scrub that provides intense exfoliation yet is so soft it can be used on the face as well as body. It blends the hydrating, healing effects of coconut oil perfectly with the exfoliating effect of the pink salt crystals, with a bit of lemongrass thrown in for extra zing! It'll exfoliate and nourish your skin leaving it detoxed and smooth after rinse off. Expose wonderfully smooth and nourished skin whilst targeting stretch marks, dry flaky skin, cellulite and pigmentation.

I had originally ordered this Pink Himalayan Salt Scrub from LoveLula.com to use as a face scrub. So when I received the product I didn't read the directions on how to use it, I just simply covered my face with it, which was a silly mistake. I found the scrub way too oily for my already oily skin. I immediately pushed the product to the back of my shelves. I found out that my Mum had tried the scrub and then I realised it's meant to be used on dry skin before showering! Even on dry skin, I'm still going to avoid using this on my face, but it's complete heaven for my body, especially my feet. The scrub itself is thick and creamy and is a great product to use on dry feet. I love how soft my body and feet are left feeling after using this scrub on my dry skin.

PealBar Planet Loving Medium Adult Toothbrush & Floss Picks - Review*

PearlBar is Australia’s very own planet-loving, oral care and teeth whitening experts. They produce fully biodegradable, bamboo, charcoal-infused toothbrushes with Eco enhanced Nylon and Charcoal infused, eco enhanced floss picks. Even their packaging is biodegradable.

PearlBar's floss picks are small yet mighty, getting into those hard to reach places in your mouth, helping whiten teeth as they go. Each floss pick has a carefully designed handle made from 100% biodegradable materials; the floss and the pick handle can be returned to the Earth after use, without causing any harm to Mother Nature. And their 100% biodegradable charcoal-infused bamboo toothbrushes bristles are infused with charcoal, one of nature's best absorbing and cleaning agents, which works well when used for teeth and gum cleaning. The charcoal bristles are made of Eco enhanced nylon, allowing them to biodegrade once put into the Earth, without harming the Earth around it. The handle is made of high quality, fairly traded bamboo that will also biodegrade and has wonderful antibacterial qualities. And the brush will last the same amount of time as a conventional toothbrush which is around 3 months.

Now the last time I tried a bamboo toothbrush I didn't get on with it as I was getting a strange taste of wood every time I used it. I'm happy and surprised to say that this wasn't the case with PearlBar's Planet Loving Toothbrush. I find the bristles of the brush to be very soft and a lot gentler than my usual toothbrush. Even though the bristles feel softer and not as harsh, I still feel like I'm getting a good tooth clean from the brush.

I found PealBar's Floss Picks really handy and easy to use! They're great for travelling with as they're so small and compact. Traditional dental floss is made from nylon coated with wax – the super strong thread doesn’t degrade, so it can’t be composted or recycled.  But these are great, as when you've finished using the Floss Picks you can bury them to let them naturally biodegrade!
