Now I tend to use a body oil for my stretch marks, but since I was running low on my current oil I thought I'd give something new a try. I came across this Smooth As a Peach Cellulite Buster by Laidbare on LoveLula.com and thought it was worth a try. The ingredient Chlorella Vulgaris is said to significantly reduce the appearance of stretch marks which is what I was looking for, so the product sounded like a great match. The product itself smells sweet and has the consistency of a gel and cream mixed together. It's easy to apply, rub in and just a little of the product managed to cover a good amount of my skin in one go. I found that my skin was left feeling very soft afterwards, even throughout the day. And although I haven't noticed any visible effects yet, with daily use I'm hoping to see an improvement in my stretch marks.

GIMME CLEAR! is a natural lotion to fight skin blemishes and resorb excess sebum. This lotion is composed of essential oils like Lemon, Carrot seeds, Cinnamon bark, and green Oregano. All the ingredients are carefully chosen for their virtues, purifying, healing and ultra protective.

When I first came across this French product on LoveLula, I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, there are two downsides to this lotion for me. Firstly I didn't realise that the product is oil based, which is mostly my fault for not researching it properly. I know it's said that facial oils can help oily skin, but I haven't found this to be correct as of yet. And secondly it's stated to apply a few drops of the oil with your fingers, sadly the spray pump didn't help with this instruction at all. The product seems to go everywhere and you end up using more of the product than intended. So instead of a spray pump, I personally think a pipette would be better suited for the bottle. I may have not enjoyed using this product, but hopefully, you'll have better luck with it then I have!

As you may or may not know, I'm always on the hunt for the 'perfect' moisturiser. I suffer from what they call combination skin. My skin can sometimes be quite dry, other days it'll be super oily and spotty. I've had my eye on this PHB Balancing Moisturiser for a little while now so I couldn't wait to try it out when I received it from LoveLula.com. Firstly, I'm in love with the scent, it's full of very subtle notes of lavender that make you want to keep smelling it. I'm also loving the texture of this facial moisturiser, the only way to describe it is a thick yoghurt texture! It's thick, silky soft and a little goes a long way, so there's no need to be generous with it when applying. It's also very easy to rub in, I like applying it to targeted areas such as dry patches, spots or scars. Afterwards, you're left with a very smooth face that has no oily residue and a lovely soft scent of lavender on your skin.
