I had high hopes for this Alteya Organics Shampoo and Conditioner duo from Love Lula, but unfortunately, they're not in my top five duos. I find the scent to be pleasant for both products, but they're not my most favourite in the world. I feel like I need to use a lot of this shampoo to get my hair feeling clean, which meant I used the bottle up pretty quickly. And I find the conditioner to be too thick for my hair, even though it does leave my hair feeling silky soft. Overall, I personally wouldn't use these products again but they might be the perfect duo for you.

Africa Organics Marula Shampoo & Mongongo Conditioner - Review*

This is a good everyday shampoo for normal or oily hair. Mint oils give it a fresh, pick-me-up fragrance. We’ve used Mongongo oil as a natural protective conditioner. The oil coats your hair and forms a protective casing when exposed to sunlight but doesn’t leave your hair feeling oily. As with all our conditioners, we’ve avoided synthetic conditioning agents.

Both the shampoo and conditioner smell fresh and fruity. The shampoo foams up nicely and gives my hair the feeling of a good clean. The conditioner doesn't feel heavy and leaves my hair feeling lovely and soft. Both are great products when used together.

I love a good shampoo and conditioner duo. I came across the lovely looking Ayumi Neem & Moringa Shampoo and Conditioner for normal to oily hair on Love Lula. Firstly, I absolutely love the scent of these two products, as they both smell very fresh. When using a reasonable amount of product, I find that the shampoo lathers up well and gives my long, thick hair a really good clean. The conditioner isn't too thick which is perfect for my oily hair. My hair feels super soft after using both of these products together.

I first came across vegan brand Yaoh when I went vegan a few years ago. So I was super excited when Pete contacted me about reviewing a few of their new products that had come out earlier this year. I've only ever tried Yaoh's Mango Lip Balm before so I was really looking forward to trying out a few more of their products. I opted to try out three of the Body Butters in Orginal, Coconut & Lime and Tropical Fruits. I also went for the Tropical Fruits Moisturiser, the SPF 25 Sunblock, the shampoo in Coconut & Lime and both their Spearmint and Strawberries & Cream Lip Balm. The Body Butters are thick and creamy so are great for when you're needing a good moisturise. Whereas the Tropical Fruits Moisturiser is a light all over moisturiser which is great for the hotter months. A must have when going away in the sun is the SPF 25 Sunblock, as it's a great product to use when you're trying to get a tan. I find the Coconut & Lime Shampoo larvers up well and has a very fruity and fresh smelling scent which is great for any gender. And lastly, both lip balms smell lovely and are super moisturising to the lips making them perfect for the colder months. Overall I'm really glad that I got a chance to try out more from Yaoh's range and I'm happy that I have discovered a few new favourite products!

You don't need to turn it upside down or worry about getting the last of the product out when it's nearly empty. Both the shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling very soft and silky after use. My hair also becomes easier to brush after use and I can visibly see fewer flyaways after I've to blow dried my hair. Overall, I'm super happy with this Lavera duo and I'll be taking them on holiday with me to give my hair a little TLC after it's been in the sun and sea all day!

After washing my hair with the shampoo and then conditioner, unfortunately, my hair felt like it needed to be washed again. My hair felt a little greasy and even looked limp, I'm not sure if this happened due to the products being clarifying. I quite like the natural subtle scent that both of the products have and I really like the design of the bottles, a pump shampoo and conditioner are a lot easier to use in a shower.

Faith in Nature Coconut Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion - Review

Out of the many lovely sounding scents that Faith in Nature has to offer, the coconut range has to be my favourite out of them all! I really love using both the Coconut Shampoo and Coconut Conditioner together as they smell wonderful and they never leave my hair feeling heavy or greasy and my hair always feels clean afterwards. They both come in 400ml sized bottles which is great as they end up lasting me just over a month. The Coconut Shower Gel & Foam Bath also comes in a 400ml sized bottle and is a really great 2-in-1 style product as it lathers up really well which perfect for using both in the shower or in a bath. The Coconut Body Lotion is said to be specially formulated to help keep skin soft and supple whilst helping to reduce dryness. When I first tried this body lotion I wasn't too keen on the smell, but it's grown on me and now I quite like the mild coconutty scent. I also thought that this 150ml sized bottle wouldn't last me long at all, but I was wrong as it lasted me a good month! I find this product to be non-greasy or sticky and it seems to get absorbed quickly, which is great if you're in a rush! So as you can probably tell, I really like these products and I would love to try their coconut hand soap and hand cream next.

I was running low on both my shampoo and conditioner, so this month I decided to try out the vegan and cruelty-free MÁDARA Nourish and Repair shampoo and conditioner from MyPure. Both products are nut-free which is great if you're sensitive or allergic to nuts, and both the shampoo and the conditioner bottles are packaged in 100% post-consumer recycled bottles which are super! I haven't tried out many shampoo and conditioners since becoming vegan so I thought I'd go for this lovely-looking duo. To me, my hair looks (but doesn't feel), dry and damaged and I have quite a few split ends due to heat damage over the years. My hair also tends to come out quite a lot after I've washed it so I'm always looking for both a repairing shampoo and conditioner that works.  The first thing I noticed when using these two products was that they both have an unusual smell, it's not overly strong or overpowering but it does remind me of a damp earthy smell. The shampoo seemed to lather up well, which is what I like from a shampoo as it feels like I'm getting a good thorough hair wash. And the conditioner coated the ends of my hair evenly avoiding that heavy slimy conditioner feeling that you can get sometimes. When drying my hair I felt that my hair felt really clean and untangled, it was a lot easier to brush and style once dry and my hair seemed to be less wavy and thick looking like other shampoo and conditioners leave my hair once dried, this then meant I didn't have to straighten my hair as much as usual afterward. My hair felt really nice after using these two products on it together so I will most probably be buying these again.

I've been using both of these products together for about a week and a half now and I can honestly say they're worth the money and I can definitely see an improvement in my hair! First off, the smell which is divine stays on your hair for the rest of the day which always a nice thing to get from shampoo. I've found that you don't need a lot of this product for it to froth up, so the bottles should last me a while, which is also great if you're not sure about the prices. I've also found out that when using the shampoo and conditioner together my hair looks and feels cleaner for longer, is a lot less tangled after washing, and is also a lot easier to maintain when I'm styling my hair. I really like this shampoo and conditioner from the Dr. Organic range. I'd happily buy them both again for a special hair treat every now and then!
