A must for any dental routine. Our Interdental brushes will clean between gums and get into pockets between teeth and gums that floss can perhaps not reach. 8 brushes per pack, these beauts could last you up to two months. Each brush is reusable for up to a week depending on how you use them - the firmer you are the quicker they will wear. Once used you can remove the wire and bristles from the bamboo handle. The handle can be composted and the wire/bristle can be put in your general recycling.

These Organically Epic Interdental Brushes from Love Lula are a handy tool to have. They're super easy to use and leave my teeth feeling fresher.

With having my braces off recently, I was interested in making my teeth look a little brighter in a natural way. I came across the Style White 2-in-1 Refreshing & Whitening Dental Pen from Love Lula and thought it would be a great product to start with. The pen is super easy to use, so easy that you could even use it whilst you're out and about! All you have to do is twist the bottom of the pen so that the liquid comes out and then apply to clean teeth. The gel doesn't really taste of anything other than a slightly minty flavour which is pleasant. I can honestly say that I have noticed a change in the colour of my teeth even if it is a very slight change. And unfortunately, this slight change didn't last very long for me. I'm definitely interested in trying out Style White's other teeth whitening products though!

The charcoal will help brighten and lift stains from between your teeth whilst the peppermint essential oil will help freshen breath. The floss is presented in a glass jar which I think is great, as you can refill it again and again. I found the floss easy to use, just like any other floss really. Although, this floss is slightly different to your usual floss, as it tastes of peppermint which I find very refreshing.

This Lavera Basis Sensitiv Toothpaste for sensitive teeth has been my favourite for quite a good couple of years now. So when I came across it on LoveLula.com I was reminded of how good it is and that I hadn't reviewed it yet! Firstly, the toothpaste has a pleasant minty scent and flavour which isn't overpowering, this is good as some vegan toothpaste's I've tried have tasted horrible. The toothpaste foams up really well, unlike most vegan toothpaste's I've tried before. It also leaves my teeth feeling clean and my breath smelling fresh after every use. Lastly, the sensitive side of this toothpaste has really helped with a couple of exposed root surfaces that I have and they no longer hurt like they used. Overall I'm so glad that I've finally come across my favourite vegan toothpaste!

LUSH Cosmetics Solid Dirty Toothy Tabs Toothpaste - Review

LUSH Cosmetics are highly against animal testing and use only ethical ingredients. All of their products are handmade and are 100% vegetarian-friendly, not all are vegan-friendly, so make sure you lookout for the Vegan Society Approved stamp!

Squeaky clean teeth and spearmint fresh breath are a brush away. Wherever you go, these solid alternatives to toothpaste will keep you feeling cool, with kaolin powder, neroli and spearmint oils. If you're feeling dirty, keep it clean by nibbling a tab between your teeth and brushing all over. The boxes are also great for the environment, stopping the need for aluminium tubes that end up in a landfill. All you have to do is simply nibble one between your front teeth to break up the tab and start brushing.

I honestly think that this could be one of LUSH's best product yet. I was quite excited when I first got around to trying these 'Dirty' vegan Toothy Tabs out. The flavour 'Dirty' for me is just the perfect spearminty taste and smell which leaves my teeth feeling clean and my breath smelling fresh. I haven't tried any of the other flavours yet but I am curious to try out the 'Chou Chou I Love You' flavour as I love Turkish delight! At first, I found the method of crunching the tab quite strange but I quickly got used to it and I've been using them ever since instead of toothpaste for around two months now. Even after a couple of months of using these Toothy Tabs I still haven't gotten used to how much they actually froth up in my mouth when water is added, they're so much better than normal toothpaste and especially the non-frothing vegan ones I've tried before. I also really like that these are so easy to take away with you when travelling, they're so light you won't even know that you're carrying them with you! Simply crush, wet and brush away. And at only £2 for forty tabs which lasts me just over one month, I've most definitely converted over to these Toothy Tabs instead of tubed toothpaste.

Edit (August 2015): I've stopped using Toothy Tabs as they made my teeth become very sensitive.

I've been using this Green People Peppermint and Aloe Vera Toothpaste for about a week now. I still can't believe how many natural toothpastes there are out there! I'm also really glad that I've found another toothpaste that is vegan, cruelty-free, organic, and has no nasties in it. When brushing with this toothpaste I feel like I need a lot of this product to feel like my teeth are getting a good clean, this might be because it's quite a thin paste (due to no SLS) and I'm used to a thicker paste. I'm also not really keen on the taste of this toothpaste, it's not overpowering, but it does have quite a strong flowery taste to it. And for the price you're paying, I think you're getting a pretty small tube of the product, which would get used up quite quickly when brushing twice a day. I don't think I'll buy this toothpaste again as it's not my favourite taste and texture, but I am really excited to try some other products that the Green People have to offer from their range. Even though this isn't my favourite vegan and cruelty-free toothpaste, I do recommend you try it as it might be perfect for you!

Aloe Dent Aloe Vera Mouthwash - Review

This is the second cruelty-free vegan mouthwash I've tried on my journey so far. I went for this mouthwash as I thought the aloe vera ingredient wouldn't be as strong as the other minty mouthwashes I have tried. I was quite wrong though, I found it to be very strong and too minty for me and unfortunately I couldn't finish using it because of this. For the size of this bottle (250ml) I expect it would go very quickly when using it twice a day, so for this price, I would rather look elsewhere to suit my taste buds. I'm still yet to find the perfect mouthwash for me though... I'm very picky when it comes to mouthwash, I don't like it overly minty, overly strong, or overly anything really. Here's to still looking for my perfect cruelty-free vegan mouthwash!

I didn't really like it at first but I got used to it and I tend to just rinse the bits away with my mouthwash. I feel this toothpaste gives my teeth a really good clean, also leaving my breath feeling fresh and minty.

Although I did feel like it gave my teeth a good and fresh clean, despite the flavouring! Unfortunately, I won't be buying this toothpaste again due to not liking the strong flavours.

I've been using this mouthwash for a while now. I find the taste of it to be quite strong but I feel that it gives my teeth a good clean and fresh feeling. It also leaves my breath feeling fresh for a good length of time. I don't think I'll be buying this mouthwash again as I'm not very keen on the taste that it leaves in my mouth afterwards.
