I came across this Saint Come Aroma Spray Pillow Mist on LoveLula.com, it's said to promote a restful and comforting nights sleep. I haven't used anything like this before so I was intrigued by the product as I haven't been able to get off to sleep very well lately. I would advise that when spraying you try to spray little as possible, as I personally found the scent quite strong and overpowering. The scent is very refreshing and it sets a calm atmosphere to help with drifting off to sleep.
